I hope I'm doing this right. I LOVE this game, but I got to a point the other night where I had snowflakes and little locks. I don't know what I'm supposed to do about these keys. Of course, the snowflakes froze the board, but am I supposed to do something? The locks made it so I couldn't use that chain that time, but could the next time. Is there ANYWHERE where there are directions as to what each of these little things mean and are there more to come?

Not out now and don't know if it will be made but I would love a Chainz III. Loved Chainz II

My family loves the game too. We have 1 big problem: On strategy level 7 the games says fatal error and shuts down. It happens on 3 different computers, different servers/locations/ and different operating system.
We've frequently sent a report about this but we never got a reply. Do you have any suggestions to solve our problem?

Hi I love playing this game but the last 10 times i have tried playing it has come up with error and will not load. I am not alone with this problem, if you look at the comments further down the page when you try to play online loads of people are having the same problem. They dont seem to n=know about this Forum page.

Seriously...I have been playing this game almost daily for about a year and there seems to be no way to get to the end. Based on the forum, there are obviously others out there who have the same problem. It is a frustrating addiction. Can't you give us an answer as to why there are no stars on the higher levels so we can finally get to the end?

I have recently started playing this game again and I cant get enuf of it.
I am on level 7. True the stars come fewer and fewer.
But I guess it contributes to the longevity of the game.
I will keep trying.
