are we supposed to do about it. I always by the collectors editions for the guides. Are u going to fix

Don't know if this is my problem or problem with game. When I get into
the Mansion, I have no scissors to cut open the sofa in the hall to get the clock face. it is not in my inventory before going into the mansion and I can find no way to find them after, Please help. I love the game. mariahmad,

I am having the same problem. I don't have the scissors. And, I've walked back through the game, and can't find them anywhere.

I found it. It's in the toy store, to the left of the mansion. You need to pop the balloons first. Then you can grab the scissors by clicking on the shelf behind it. Also, there is a hidden object scene that gets triggered by popping the balloons.
