An Announcement Regarding the in-game character Arabella- Wednesday, September 20, 2017

Hi Everyone,

The Moderation Team appreciates players letting us know of the issue being experienced with Arabella. The Midnight Castle teams are currently investigating this issue and we apologize for any frustration this may have caused. All of the teams definitely want players to be able to progress within the game, and we will post right away once we are aware of any information.

In the meantime, if you haven't gotten to this portion of the game, MaryCricket was able to post a workaround. Please refer to the following thread:


Thank you to the players that have written into the Midnight Castle Support Team. The teams have this information to help aid in the investigation, and at this time, no further information is needed.

Howdy everybody,

Thank you all for your patience while waiting on the appropriate teams to resolve the issue that was reported with the character Arabella in Midnight Castle. We just received word that players should be seeing an update coming where "changes are afoot", which should resolve this issue being seen with the Dream Catcher causing Arabella to disappear before the right time.

Once affected players close the game and reopen it to return to gameplay, the “Visit to an Old Friend” quest will have been automatically completed and they should be able to proceed through the quests as normal. Players who have not yet reached that point in the game will not encounter the problem going forward, as the quest has been changed to avoid this issue going forward.

Thank you all for your patience in regards to this. If you find that you're still seeing trouble, or that after that quick update, the issue persists, please contact our Midnight Castle Support Team to provide details of what has occurred directly to our Reps so they can pass that to the right teams for their investigation.
