i hardly ever post, but am quite upset that an update, aka, fix isn't available as yet. This is the second game in a row, that I have purchased, that needed a fix, sadly.

I can't understand why there is no update from BF. The last thing posted by them was two days ago. surely someone knows something by now. I really liked the game but want my credit back if there isn't a fix.

Chiming in--same problem here. It's my understanding that the Collector's Edition does *not* have this problem....maybe we all could get a code for that one, instead?

im having the same problem everytime i place the last gem in the mirror it freezes

I just added the last of the 3 gems to the mirror, it opened, and the game froze. I had to leave via task manager. After that, I went back in, had to add the last gem again, and got access violation error.
I have to admit that I only ever got an access violation error with ERS games - not all of them, but when I got one it was one of their games.
Can't continue now...
