I'm having trouble. I completed the first two rooms. Go outside and there is a blank white rectangle. I'm stuck it won't go away, can't hit tools or options. Please help. Thanks in advance

Same thing here. I finish the opening sequence in the hotel and exit onto the street. There's a weird white rectangle in the screen's middle. Game freezes at that point. Can't open inventory or menu, move...or anything. Super frustrating!???

I can't get either Mystery of Joyville game to even OPEN. I am on a 2012 mac mini with 10.9.2. I have uninstalled the games, re-installed them, re-installed Flas and Shockwave, and they won't ever open.

Help! I'm in the Masters room and it took the punchcards before I had the 2nd number tile. I got the 2nd tile, now it asks for the punchcards it already took. I cant figure out what to do! Cant really move on without that piece of the puzzle can I?

I'm in the room with prince trying to free him from wheel, it says either a wheel or valve would unlock the contraption, I only have the tank valve and a wheel, tried both and can't seem to unlock it, I'm stuck, I need the prince to go on with game but no matter what i do click it, stick anywhere, it would click back to the tool section then nothing happens, I am using the pc version.

Hi guys. I just bought this game for mac and it won't even start. It just comes up saying that it quite unexpectedly. There isn't an error message and I've got the latest flash and Java. And ideas as to what's going on?

I am stuck in the hallway that I got to from the toy rooms pull down attic stairs. The hint keeps telling me to open the cabinet door on the wall. Ok I have the handle in my tools, problem is is that there is a lighter on top of it that i can't get rid of and I can't access the handle part. Is this a bug in the code? I have tried to use the lighter but to no avail. How can tools or objects be superimposed on one another?
