I can't find the T and S to finish the name. Would someone be able to help me please?

When I played there were two letters for the billboard out in the "main" area with the phone booth, etc.... have you checked there yet?

The S is just below bromsbury, half hidden by a 3x5 card; the T is on the right side of the board, by a red push pin.
