Tried downloading twice. Both times the game wouldn't play. I could hear the music and see the icon but nothing showed on screen.

Have the same problem like lilcaz. Downloaded it twice, tried as Administrator, ran compatibility. Nothing worked. Running Windows 10

Posting this just to let people know that, at least in my case, the game installed and runs without issues.
OS is Win 7 Pro.
Screen resolution: 3840x 2160
Video Card: GeForce 1050TI w/ 4gb video memory
Video Driver is current and was updated last week.

Yet another game I have purchased and cannot play. Now I have 3 recent games purchased in the last few weeks and none of them will play at all. This is getting ridiculous. This problem along w/ older games I have played but can never play again for whatever reason. I AM SICK OF IT.

It sounds like running as Administrator and running in compatibility mode didn't take care of the issue, we can move on to checking for video card driver updates to see if that gets things working better. It sounds like there have been some troubles opening up the game and some progression issues as well. Let's see what we can do with some troubleshooting to try to get things working better.
For progression and performance issues, we can look to some of the same solutions since they often have similar causes: shaky communication between the computer and the game. This communication can be improved by giving the game elevated permissions and checking for any possible updates. Steps for this can be found at these links:

If the game isn't displaying correctly, we can also try adjusting the screen resolution in case the game is looking for a particular resolution in order to work to the best of its ability. The following link has tips on trying this:

I'm sorry to hear there's been a progression issue in your case as well. I haven't gotten to that point in the game myself, but we can definitely try some troubleshooting in case it's a technical issue of some sort. Progression issues are most often linked to the game either needing additional permissions or some tweaks to the setup of the system to improve communication between game and computer. I get the same on Chapter 3 level 3 - locked sign after I played it and I now can't progress as I've finished all the other levels within the chapter
Have tried the Run as administrator route - couldn't get the game to run at al with that setting.
Any recommendations as to how to get this running properly?

I got the debugger on that set of levels, too, but I was able to play two of them ( the match 3 and the one where you drag the stars around to get a picture). When I tried to play the third one, the clutter scene, no game pieces load and that's when the command box pops up. I can go on and play future levels, but I can't play that level no matter what.
