Dr. Grave Investigation 2 HELP WITH BIRDSSSSSSSSS

Unfortunately, I had to do this level over. The first time I clicked the little birds in the clock they were clattering away the whole time I looked for the other objects. When I had to repeat the level, those darn birds are not making a sound and are NOT coming out of the clocks. This part of the game is suppose to be optional.

Can't get the darn birds to come out, and can't continue. HELP PLEASEEEEEEEEEEEE
