Level 22.....where did all my workers go????

I can't figure out what happened to all my workers. I'm guessing they disappeared after the giant kicked them but HOW do I get them back? I'm almost done with the level with only 4 more units of gold to get. After I build the bridge, I can get it, but my workers are all gone.

HELP!!!

You need to rescue them from the Goblin Hut. See the pile of rocks & sticks like a rough hut. Send Mary over w/ her wand.
