game wont load correctly

Anyone.
although the game has loaded, I cant seem to get it to play? What should I do? I have tried to change the screen size but that doesnt work?

I'm trying to play the game to for free play before i buy it it's to slow to download and when it's download i can't click on anything i can't but my name in the space or nothing please help with this problem
