Unable to activate

Due to a hard drive crash, I have redownloaded Mont Triste again. Because I have already paid for my copy, I went to reactivate it again and found this error message:

"Sorry, that item doesn't exist or hasn't been released."

What the ....!!

I no longer can play a game which I have paid for, and works perfectly fine on my Win10 computer!

I want my game back.

I'm sorry to hear about this happening. When there's trouble activating a game and that particular error message shows up, the best course is to contact our Technical Support Team for assistance. They will be able to provide more information about what may be happening here. I definitely understand how this could be frustrating, and our Support team will do everything they can to help.
