Help!!! I am trying to mix the colors in the sand and I am stumped. I can't get the first jar to go away no matter what I do. Anyone have any ideas?

It took me quite a few times to get through the purple section. It kept telling me I poured too much!

The only thing I can advise is just be extra careful when you get to the edge. I know that isn't much help!

I am trying to be careful but it tells me that I only need 1/3 of the line full. How can you tell when you have it 1/3?
Looks like another purchased game I can't finish!! Really makes me angry.

I had the same problem, but I just kept at it, but does work in the end, so just keep trying it.

Well, you have three bottles and each one fills one third of the tray. You just have to tip the vessel and fill the stripe from bottom to top.
Hope this helps

I did some thing, pulled back and the color was gone and I would start over to try for the 1/3 again. It finally worked.

Good Luck

There is definitely a "bug" in the program. Hopefully BFG will send out a fix soon.

This is bloody annoying!! Shouldn't have this kind of puzzle that is soooooo
frustrating. On top of that there is no skip feature for it.
Really bad.

finally , after many attempts , I got past the glass puzzle. The game gurus who wrote this game might want to check this puzzle out and re write it so that it works properly

I give up!!!!!! I cannot do the sand/glass puzzle and am tired of trying.
Please, either give us a fix or put in a skip or give me my money back.
All the enjoyment has gone away with this game.
Thank you

I have exactly the same problem with the sand. It must be a bug which needs correcting.

Actually I had no problem with this one at all.
Tilt the glass with paint and wait till the paint reaches the far edge.
Then let go of the mouse button.

Had to do the middle one twice.
Left and right ones first time right.

After over 20 tries I found that it is easier if you move you mouse to the right for the first 2 colored sands and for the last one move it to the left. If you keep your hand on the mouse and try to stop pouring it doesn't seem to work . Kind of jerk your mouse to the right. That made it easier.

Yep, left side with mouse worked, after lots of fiddling. Thank you
