how do i get this game to work on vista os.

Is there a fix for this game? It downloads, says it installs but won't play.

I am having the same problem with Chessmaster Challenge working for Windows Vista. All I have been able to do is download the game, play it once, then every other time it goes to the Playfirst logo and Ubisoft logo, then to the "play again" window on my Bigfish program. The only way I have been able to play it again is to delte then re-download. If they advertise that the game does work with Vista then it should. I have been dying to own that game and now I feel like I have been ripped off.

If you have bought it you can let them know that it's not working they may give you a game credit because its not working. I agree that it needs fixing. I would love to buy it but I won't till I know it is working.
