If you are having problems getting the game to work correctly, we highly recommend going to our Help pages. Using our Help pages is always the quickest way to get technical problems resolved. When posting in this thread, it also helps to mention whether you're playing the PC or Mac version of the game.

There is something wrong with the game! Mine will say loading fizzball then grubby games then big fish games then it goes back to big fish manager! please help!

We brought this game and i can only play 2 levels and it then it tells me it has to terminate its run time i play the same 2 levels over and over again and every time get the same response.

If I try to post a High Score, the game crashes and I have to Force Quit. I also lose all progress. Very upsetting as that last level is very difficult and I had finally beat it.

Hi, my game won't load. It sits in the bar at the bottom of the screen and does nothing. I just end up right-clicking on it and force quitting. I have tried rebooting. I am using OSX 10.7.5. Could this be the problem?

This is not just specific to Fizzball, but seems to apply to lots of your games.
Having recently changed my computer, I now find that many of the games I download, both those I previously owned and newly released ones, seem to appear on the desktop far too large (i.e. only about half the game screen visible, and obviously therefore not playable) This is accompanied by a message telling me to adjust screen resolution, but when I go to do that I find my screen is already adjusted to the recommended resolution (1920x1080).
I then have to control/alt/delete to get out of the game

If anyone has any wisdom to offer on this point, I'd be most grateful
