An Important Announcement Regarding an "Unable to Connect" Message on PC - April 5, 2018

Hello Everyone,

It has come to our attention that the PC version of Midnight Castle is currently having trouble connecting our players to the server for the game. This will appear as a "No Connection" message and say that the game is "Unable to connect to the server". This has been brought to the attention of the appropriate teams so they can investigate further.

As soon as we hear more details or information regarding this issue, a moderator will be sure to update this announcement here. Thank you all for your patience while we look further into this and see why this may be happening. If there are any further questions, please feel free to PM me or any of our other active Moderators. We'll be sure to follow up as soon as we can.

Hello again Everyone,

Thank you for your patience while waiting on our investigation to be completed. It appears that our teams were able to find the reason this was occurring and have hopefully resolved that for our PC players. You may need to close the game and reopen it before the game will connect again.

If you are still seeing a connectivity issue after trying some of the above suggestions, I recommend contacting our Midnight Castle Support Team with details of what you are experiencing. Our Reps are always happy to help out and will do their best to get back in touch as soon as possible.
