Its a cute little game! BF sold it right as a SE! I liked the 1st "Eventide" not too much the 2nd! This one seems fun! I know it wont be everyone's style of game, but for me I like it!
Good HOs, same kinda story done before, That doesn't bother me.Just happy theirs a HO game on Monday. Sister searching for her bro in a strange land that was taken by a mythological flying creature! Theirs a map you can jump to other places, also a book for objectives. I wonder if originally if this was suppose to be a CE game.
I think its a game fishes should try. Its kinda a fun little fairy tale! Not creepy scary & bloody murders! You never know some might like it!

Ridiculously short demo; 53 minutes left to play?? A 37 minute trial or demo or sample is not enough. And it locked up after the demo ended; not an encouraging sign.

A mass of pink/blue/purple graphics and magical creatures with silly voices pretty much describes the game. The cursor doesn't change over tasks, so you have no idea if there's something to do in any particular scene but there are plenty of huge question marks to tell you there's nothing to do

I don't recall the first 2 Eventide games but if they were as bland as this one it's not surprising I don't remember them. And yet again the main character and her brother have accents that are out of place in the surroundings. I do wish developers would take into account that the majority of the inhabitants of our planet don't speak with an American accent

I have a PCC to use but I'll save it for something better than this game.

Technical issue at the end of the demo; had to 'ctrl-alt-del' to get out of it. Desktop running Win7 Prof.

I found the game play a bit tedious, a lot of examining without being able to find and apply the items. I, too got stuck at the end of the demo and had to force shut down and restart computer. I left a comment in the tech thread. Running Windows 10.

Not a bad game overall. I do wish Artifex Mundi would go back to writing their own games rather than just publishing others, but this game is sort of nice. Bright colors, decent gameplay with a clear direction. Jump map included was a bonus. I didn't particularly like the music. It seems every time you were doing things, an uptempo repeating theme was played over and over. I simply turned off the speakers during that time. Problem solved. Well worth taking a chance on, especially with a coupon or SE sale. Try it, if you like light games and fairy tales you might like it. Nothing to lose but a little time

Although this is a very short demo, I looked up a video walkthrough and it looks very decent to me, even in length. It appears to be quiet and relaxing gameplay with attractive graphics, somewhat cloudy at times, but still pleasant. Hos appear very nice, too. Hint is very helpful...you have a skip for puzzles which were not in overabundance. I did notice quite a bit of going back and forth finding and using inventory in the demo. I almost exited when having to find an oiler. I have to admit, the demo was rather boring, but I wanted to see what was up ahead, so looked it up.

I have the other 2 in this series, and think they may be better than this one, but it is really hard to tell with such a short demo. I had 50 minutes left and really took my time. They should have been more generous with that, so you would have more to go on.

I think this will be a good edition to the other 2. It's different and has a uniqueness of its own. I will be using a pcc on it today and am looking forward to relaxing with its continuation.

I went a head and got this without trial as I have a coupon to use. It has more data then some of our recent CE games. The download was 1.1 G. So far the game is so-so because of gathering this and that. I like the creatures. The red fox is the cutest. I already did 4 hops and you find simple things like 12 feathers or 12 fruit. The hint works good. Just got map. The adventure so far is lacking. It may get better. I'll come back when I finish.

This is a pretty good SE, and on Bonus Punch Day also. Graphics were clear and bright on my computer. For a change from recent offerings, there were more HOS than puzzles, and I enjoyed the HOS. The storyline was interesting to me. I don't remember how much of the usual SE 60 minute demo time I had, but it was long enough to give me a good idea of the storyline.

It wasn't the usual SE demo time. I played 37 minutes and had 53 left when the demo ended. Perhaps this game was originally intended as a CE, as the demo was 90 mins.

I really enjoyed this game! The graphics were beautiful, it was bright and colorful, the games were not too hard, and I found it interesting. Some of the dialog was pretty bad but I got past that. The thing that really bothered me was.....the female lead did all the work while her brother, John, was mostly a prisoner. She had to figure out how to save the Clouder's and their city, fight off the bad guy and his nasty dragon things, but also save her brother a few different times. (You play the sister who saves everyone and the city), Yet the brother, John is given all the credit in the end and made the King of the city!! All he did was destroy the crystal at the end! I did not think that was fair or right. I mean, after all.....she did all the work and figured it all out while john was busy being negative about his powers and was also being a prisoner most of the game. If the writer and producer of this game had been women...the woman would have been made queen of the city!!! After all, she is the one who deserved it!!

I finished it and I started liking it about a quarter of the way. I thought it was worth a free coupon. It was long in length. I counted 19 hops which were either lists, which I like or like 15 herbs or 12 flowers. It's just a game to play but it wasn't exciting or a real beauty. Just OK.
