Hi nomag89- welcome to the forums!
The 7th letter of the first word is a "R"- it is found in the scene outside the message board on the garbage can. The "O" is also in the other scene- look at the 'TELEPHONE' sign on the phonebooth.

I need help! I can't find the last piece of glass that goes in the sun in the vickers parlor. I also can't get the candles to go into the candle stand. I have read the forum and tried it all.

The candles you will do after everything else is solved. Have you looked at gamezebo? They hae pictures with the items marked. Look under tips and tricks
