How long ?

Just how long does it take for a pregnant fish to hatch the fry? And for the fry to grow up? Should I just leave the game and come back later?

It takes about 25 minutes for a pregnant fish to give birth. It then takes quite a few hours for the babies to grow to adulthood. I have never kept track of the exact time but it seems like a half hour equals a game year and it takes 20 game years for a fish to mature to adulthood.

If you click on a pregnant fish beside the status it will say Pregnant (24) for 24 game minutes? or actual minutes ? have not measures preferring to take shortcuts.
