Workshop Items

I have been playing since it came out. I have never found the roll of blueprints in the workshop. If anyone could direct me to it, I would much appreciate it. Thanks.

The item is the last one? In the three-drawer cabinet where the yellow hardhat is, move the pointer around the third drawer, you will get a magnifier. There it is......
