There must be a glitch in the game...I know where you use the shovel
but it will not dig in specified spot....so I can get the heart.....am stuck in game.I hope BF is reading this so I can continue the game

I'm sorry you've run into that--I'm sure it's frustrating! There are a couple of scenes where you have to dig--what location exactly are you in? And have you found all of the white items on the Find List there?

The game is a little picky about which things you do in which order.
