BigFish is generally pretty good about this. Send them a note if you are sure---but I would try going thru Tech support to try to get the game working first---it is a good game.
If everyone posts what they are experiencing and what they learn from tech support about this issue, then these forums can help others who may be having the same problem (a group of us did the same thing for Mushroom Age and we were able to come up with solutions).
