Hidden letters in the Village message board

Can anyone help me find the missing letters in the message board in the Village Green? I have found everything except for one letter COT_WOLDS. Found the letters for the first word. I have been over this area at least a dozen times and cannot find it. Thanks in advance.

Look just below the first word- it's half hidden by a 3x5 card...
