I have tried and tried to play this game. While activating, it gets a "playground skeleton application has stopped working" message. Finally activates, but the message pops up every time I try to play and the game never starts. I've downloaded several times, wiping out all reference in between. Last time, it was the only game I downloaded. What IS the "playground skeleton application" anyhow?

I'm running Vista Home Premium, SP2.

I'm not too familiar with this particular error message, but it definitely sounds like an issue that our Technical Support team could help you with!

Then, after filling out the form, click on the Check for Answers button to bring up some related help articles. If you still can't find the answer that you're looking for, go ahead and click on the Submit My Question button to create a help ticket.
