I know others have had this problem, too. I think it has to do with your video card. I would contact Tech Support as I know others have and they are aware of the problem and might be able to help. Good Luck!

I would really like to know too. Cause I can get up to where I'm at the gates and then it shuts my computer down. I have all the system requirments, I just don't understand why it isn't working. It is very fusterating when you go and buy a game that won't even work.
