Where are the Glow Worms?

I've located everything to collect the silk, but wasn't making notes in the beginning & can't find the Glow Worms again.
BTW - I keep reading in forum questions that I need a bottle to catch the North Wind & a bottle to catch Glow worms. I have one bottle for fixing up the Warthog & the Witch. Do I need to choose between using it for the wind or the worms? I know the North Wind is essential to the primary storyline, so if I have to make a choice, well DAAH!!
