problem with mac version

Okay so Im playing the game and all of a sudden when I went to a room their was nothing there!! It was a blank screen. I herd sound but nothing was shown!! Please help!! Thank you!

The Mac version of this game gave me a lot of problems. I'd have to change it to windowed mode and back every time I started it to keep it from cutting off the bottom of the screen, and sometimes it would freeze for no reason. I'd just start it up again and it would work -- until the next freeze, which might be in 2 hours or might be in 2 minutes. I got in the habit of exiting the game now and then to make sure it was saving properly.

I didn't have these problems with the Mac version of Madame Fate. I hope Big Fish comes up with a more stable Mac version of Ravenhearst, because I liked it better than Madame Fate.

Yea so I just took it off. I have has so many problems with this game now that I cant put my computer through it anymore. this is my only computer and IM NOT GOING TO PLAY SOME GAME THAT WILL MESS IT UP!!!! so I just took it off. I have had to force quit so many times. I hope I can get my credit back for it.
