This month I am in Tech Penalty!...

Reincarnation doesn't open, and Haunted Hotel doesn't save!

XP Pro, 1.6 MPH CPU, 2 Giga Ram, last version of Radeon graphic driver - what happened to the developers??? Why they don't test their games on the average computers??? Sheesh!

This is the first game eva that I have encountered a blank screen - what gives ???

I dont even get a blank screen, immediate error message during start up.

I don't get a blank screen but it won't go completely to full screen and when changing scenes there is a strange distorted white vertical line at the left edge of the screen.

first time that I have received "error message, program terminated"

I uninstalled then reinstalled and still get the same error message.

After loading and getting clearance I have a curser and a black screen. It took several minutes but nothing else happened. Anyone have a clue???????

I got it too work fine on my pc, but half way through it totally shut down my pc, i restarted the pc and it wouldnt boot up I had to do a system restore .. I won't be d/loading this game again

However i must admit it was a good game to play shame it doesn't work properly, i hate games that may do my pc harm

I am also having trouble with the game. Once I am in the room with the fireplace, I click to search the fireplace and the game just shuts down. No error message...nothing. It just goes right back to the game manager. I am only 9 minutes into the trial. Has anyone else encountered this? Is there anything I can do?

I have had numerous techinical difficulties with this game. I really liked it, so it is too bad, but I was glad to be done with it and delete it. Big Fish should reimburse us, and have the game reworked. It is a good game.

Help! I have climbed through the window in the room next to the artist room, but now I can't get back to the water cooler in the hall? How can I get back?

I have loaded and re-loaded this game and it still freezes up when in the summer room I have overloaded the system. Nothing else happens.

You have to climb back out the window and go thru the door like you cam in .

Does anyone know how to get the screwdriver to take the plate off the wall in level 11? Or the key out of the door? Thank you!

Put the newspaper under the door. And then use the screwdriver on the key.
As for screwdriver and a plate- (removed by moderator)

I downloaded the update and it works OK - but what on earth is it about? Search Me.

lots of glitches with this game but was able to finish. all in all good game
