No Computer codes in Notes

I just downloaded this game today and I am using the Mac version. I am stuck on entering the computer code part. I realize you need to add the two numbers together and I did get both 3 digit numbers. When I click on my satchel, I can see my tasks, but there is nothing under the "Notes" section. Just blank pages. A total of 9 of them. Can anyone please help?

Same problem exactly - no notes have been entered so computer code partials are lost. Mac game also.
