Knob to repair fountain

HELP!!!!...I can't find the knob to repair the fountain...best I can tell I'm stuck if someone can't help me!!!

It's on the lower left of the arch...

Now that I have found it, I can't get it to stay on the fountain...please help.

After you pick up the knob, move your cursor to the fountain. When the cursor causes the location to "light up", click. If you put the knob in that position, your cursor will not be in the correct location and the click will not be recognized. Good Luck

nevermind....stupid me was trying to put in on top of the fountain.....
