Game Compatibility
While we can offer a known solution for technical issues in the forums, or other tech savy pond residents can swim by with good tips and suggestions, we cannot provide the same excellent level of support provided by our Customer Support team. The forums are not very well suited for the kinds of information gathering and troubleshooting that get these types of issues corrected quickly. If there is a problem with the game, our Support Team can also gather necessary information on what types of computers are being affected by the problem and deliver this information to the developer for a fix.
If you are not able to get a game working properly using our Help pages, please get in touch with our Customer Support team, you can find a link to contact our Support team on the front page of our Help pages.

The big problem with this game is that it demands a lot of space to store stuff--and the game doesn't know enough to accept "No" for an answer if you've got an old computer that simply can't handle sacrificing so much to a temporary game. I had Adobe Flash Player popping up every time I turned around!
Also, once I went to Boston, I had problems. The game wouldn't let me back into any other city to book gigs. I eventually had to quit because there was no way that I could play the game; I was locked out of everything.
The game has potential. But for me, it was an enormous letdown.

I can't load the game anymore. Any tips? I found the save-file in folder Rock Tour -> XML -> scenarios. The name is "xerosumSave". So everything seems okay, but there is no file to load when I want to play the game.

I can't move on to the third mission even though my Rock average is 3.0. Is this another glitch?

Yeah mine did that too, except my files got erased after I used CCleaner to clean out my computer a bit. So I had to re-start the first quest to unlock the third one (I was almost at the end of it too!).

It won't save my games either. It "saves" them, but when I come back later to load them, they aren't there. Tired of putting in wasted effort. I'm canning this game.

Hi Fishies,
I'm sorry to hear that some of you are running into problems with your saved data disappearing after playing the game. That can often times be caused by a lack of permissions on your computer to store certain files when playing. It may help to run the game as an administrator in cases like that, and our help article here covers that in a bit more detail:
Game Not Saving
If those recommendations aren't helping, please let our Tech Support Team know and they'll be happy to look into that for you.
I hope that helps!

I've been trying to purchase this game and it keeps giving me an error 208 code. What am I doing wrong?
