Dr. Lynchs grave secrets

I got all the acorns but the smallest one so started over and now am stuck on the busts. The heads will just not stay . I got one to stay but the rest just keep returning to there original place. Any suggestions.

Each bust has a specific place. Work with one bust. Pick it up and place it. If it goes back, pick it up and place it on the next space. Keep repeating until it locks onto a base. Do this for each...work one at a time.

Thanks for the help. I found if you just move the cursor a bit they stay.I am now stuck on investigation five where you have to find the little brown letters for the bulletin board. I can only find two and cannot find the other. I am guessing there are three to be found. Any help would be appreciated. thanks
