id card has gone from my inventory

still trying to get though this game
now the id card has vanished from my inventory
and i need it to get into the lab
any one else have this prob
i dont want to start again
as its taken me hours to get this far

Make sure it has not moved over in the inventory.....click on the red arrows on either side of the inventory bar.

Same problem. It's gone. Can't scroll in the inventory because I only have four items left.

Close down the game and then restart it. See if inventory is back then.

Same thing happened to me, I installed the update and everything is back in inventory and I did not have to start over from beginning

Hi All - I had the same problem, but I restarted the game, checked the vault again, and the ID was back in there. Picked it up again and went on. Thanks

So my I.D card to get into the lab has gone too... roar

Tried all the things listed here... restarted the game but didn't work.

I just bought the game so its up to date I'm guessing as i couldn't find an update...

I cannot go back to the vault because that was in the last chapter... so don't understand how that was done as another person said they did it.

Defiantly not off to the side in the inventory, made sure of that.

Any ideas? Please help I'm no way going to start all over and love the game so far so this is frustrating... :/

Tap on the bottom left of the door WHILE facing the pipes will get you in again for the iPad version. Hope this helps. Yayy, I can continue my game now....

I'm having a problem.. I cant turn on the burner in the lab.. I'm stuck there for a long time.. Can I get some advice for that?

For the burner have a good look at the note stuck in front of you.

ID card vanished also. I have the latest version, so I took the advice of above and exited game, then opened it up again. BINGO --- there was the card!

Walkthroughs are helpful, but sometimes you need people like those in these forums to help with little glitches like this.
