Dr. Lynch

Hello,
I need some help with Dr Lynch....................#8 I have all the places done, and I'm in the police station
I have all 8 pieces for the fax But there is no mini game and on the side where the list of things are it still says fax............................but there is no other part for the fax.......................what should I do?? and I can't move on.

so can something tell me what is wrong,

I think the mini-game comes up when you complete the scene and find everything in it.
