NEED HELP with Level 19

I have done everything that is needed except hiring the cultivators. They are never offered. Needless to say I can not get past this level. Is it a game glitch or a person glitch? Help

Hi 1irene, welcome to the pond. When I start this level I hire a scout and put her on the gold, have worker build farm then demolish lumber, put lumber on the right side of the screen. then put worker, defender and merchant on the farm, hire a second scout to harvest gold. When you have 700 build market, move merchant to market and hire people to start the upgrading of the farm while adding workers to the lumber and the farm. towards the end I have three guys in white robs upgrading the farm and one on the gem mine upgrading it. play around with this configurations and see if it helps at all.

Thank you Soymocha. I was demolishing the mill and not rebuilding it because of what the story line in the beggining said. I will try your suggestion.

The lumber is next to the pool and the mine is next to the silo. For the best result, you need to demolish the two buildings and just rebuild them on the other side.
The silo increases the lumber. And the pool increases the search in the mine.

You get cultivators when a windmill is upgraded with 4 stars.

After three more tries I finally got out of there. Thank you for all of your great tips.

how do i get a windmill? there isn't one in level 19
