Can't get past the bonus rounds because I have a MacBook!

I can't get past the bonus rounds because I play on my MacBook and it has no right mouse button...i tried space bar, control, and the arrows, which has worked for some other games where a right button click was required, but I can't get it to work on this game.

Any suggestions?

I've found that if I first hold down the control key and then while still holding it down I click the mouse it will change items. Hope this helps!

There is an option to enable right click on the track pad. This is under "system preferences" if you look in the finder. I hope this helps!

I tried the hold the control click mouse (assume means track pad). Doesn't work. Looked under system preferences for track pad saw nothing for right click. Please, any more suggestions?
