Problems with the Game

I'm having a problem right around the pink lily level. The game just shuts down and it gives me an error message. Is anyone having this problem as well, or am I the only lucky duck in the bunch?

NeiraBlack Welcome to the Fish Pond. You can try a couple of things. Shut the game down, and play again and see if you run into the same problem. If you do, uninstall the game and redownload it. If you still have the same problem, I recommend you run and save your dxdiag file. Then, contact Tech Support, explain the problem, and attach your saved dxdiag file. Good Luck

the only problem ihave with the game is this :
ever time i let alice run to the orchard , the screen goes ALL WHITE for a couple of seconds ......... mabey a thunderstorm ???

I to have a problem with the game i can't even play i've only had it 3 or 4 days i've tried every thing from help to pc help. I've even emailed big fish twice and have herd nothing back. what a crock.

I've not had any of the problems listed (say I crossing fingers) but I do find "Alice" gets stuck from time to time and runs back and forth in one area, I have to quit and then start/enter/continue again and mostly she seems to free herself from her weirdness. :-)

I hope when I play this game, I wont have any problems either. Although lately my computer has been prone to them >:[
