Question for anyone who finished this game (SPOILERS!!!)

At the very end after I finished finding all the hidden objects and handed him the Russian guitar (don't know how else to describe it) it seemed like it was over before I even knew what had happened.. I literally blinked and missed it. Did I click past the last story line..is there even one besides I think maybe there was one sentence or so? Did I miss something?

If I didn't what a abrupt way to end a the game I'm way dissapointed.....and many said it was short.. lol well between all the quill finding and heavy reading (even for me ) seemed like it took forever.
