Pinchme2, post this in the "post technical issues only here" thread, then click the "We're here to help" button in the right margin. The tech folks check just that one thread (they don't have time to read all the posts in every thread) and the techs are fantastic when you contact them for help - but they can only diagnose your problem if you contact them directly.

Good luck! I have nothing but praise for the tech crew at BFG - they have either solved every problem I've had or given me a credit if they can't get the game to work.
