shower room

I can not get past this point.I have walkthrough,have followed it & did every step.I cant get Larisa to be convinced shes a ghost..have gone through dialog with her many times.I also cant exit the game with Escape at this point either...HELP

Which walkthrough are you using? There are two versions at gameboomers.

yes I rear the letter..using the walkthrough by MaGtRo...I have already deleted the game & reloaded it too...
