So, is this a good one to buy?

I've read through the two pages of comments but there was so much about the early glitches, I didn't really get a sense of whether or not the game was a good one. I like variety of challenges and a good long game. Is this one recommended by other HOG enthusiasts?
I played the demo a few weeks ago and left it in my BFG folder as a possible buy but it's been so long now I can't decide between it and several other possible purchases. Let's hear your opinions. Thanks!

Its been awhile since I have played this, but maybe you could go to another gaming site, find the another demo of this game and see if you do like it. I've played an entire game before just through demos. You will have to download the game gain, but don't uninstall your first game. Just a suggestion.

I liked this one a lot, but the minigames for converting the junk into home decorating items bored or irritated me. Lots of different hidden items, many of them amusing.

I like classic HO games. The HO parts of this game are, for the most part, quite good. Turning the junk into treasure irritated me to the max. Wish we could have skipped those. I bought it, but deleted it after I finished.

Yes the game has been fixed so PLEASE DON"T go to another site!!

I enjoyed the game. Once you've completed it, you can go to another mode. In that one you simply find all the hidden object, as fast as you can (no mini games). It's fun (to me) to try to beat your best time.
