This is not a gripe just an FYI. I had a problem today with the slots. Started on slot 2 - went to slot 1 (no luck) tried to go back to slot 2 and got hung up in loading page. The only option was to exit the game.

It is Oct 30th and I saw that there was a game update to do, but when I click on install I keep getting and error 766 message? What does that mean? Then I saw a post that the game was down for maintenance, is that true? When will it be available?

There was an update? Just logged in and no mention of needing an update, maybe just an in-game maintenance thing?

I get the graphics message every time I go to log in. Just try again.

If you open the train scene and get offered the pack, you end up with 2 train stations. If you wait for the pack, you will get credit later for opening a premium scene.

Halloween will not go away. I have switched the paint but Halloween keeps coming back. I tried to switch this morning and was told I can't build another one of those and I don't have enough resources to switch to the free manor paint??

Since the last maintenance and upgrade I have a Discrepancy in between number of gift ,messages, and friends. When I am on my manor site it says I have 24 gift ,messages, and friends......but when I access the friends.... I have 5 ???? received no messages
for a few days!!!! I sent you 2 others claim since the 20th of october received no response since then, except the automatic response it is a bit long... I levelled up 4 times since the first message I miss the levelled up 3 times because I have levelled up in the finish of the HOS, but even if I closed and open the game I DID NOT RECEIVED THE GIFTS..... and I check......

Is there anyone who reads the post or claims???

Again, for the 4th time, I leveled up from 81 to 82 and did not receive my rewards. This seems to happen when I level up during my playing a hidden object game. I'm DarkManor-2269535. What's going on?

I logged into my main manor this morning (Norma Desmond Manor - Manor 2412490) and instead of receiving the bonus for Day 25, I was credited for Day 4.

My other two baby manors were credited correctly.

I have submitted a tickets. IS anyone else having this problem?

My land doesn't expand. Everything is covered in webs and I was wondering when new chapters are going to open and land I can add anything or do anything I have completed everything. Any idea

Am at level 84 and noticed that I no longer get any gold or energy when I attain a new level. This true for all players?

Today I am having a problem with the Manor screen floating up to the top left hand corner...

So I decided to log out & re-log in to see if it would fix the floating manor problem.
All I succeeded in doing was losing one of my quests

I cant expand my land

I'm having a problem with my facebook offer, I logged in successfully but still no gold or gift, can someone please assist me with this?

For the second time, I've leveled up and not received anything for it. No renewed energy. No coins. Nada.

Hello Dart6672,
after logging in you should see gold and the unicorn as a gift from Dark Manor among other gifts from your neighbors.

If not, you should contact customer support.

Now when I log in my mansion shifts down to the bottom unoccupied space & I can't get it to stay in place. Consequently I cannot buy the turkeys & place them or really buy or place anything

Today.....Every time I go to purchase the silver boosts it causes the game to crash. Is anyone else having this problem, or are you aware of it?
