I just completed Everest challenge and it said I earned two hours of infinite play which I typically get when completing Everest but it did not show up.

Same, didn't get my 2 hours of lives after completing Everest. Also, I play everyday, send extra moves to my friends and have NEVER received any back.

Congratulations on completing the Everest Challenge. I'm really sorry the rewards weren't credited to your games. The Gummy Drop! team is aware of this glitch and has temporarily turned off the challenge to prevent this from happening to more players. Hi,
Like many other players, I did not receive the rewards from Everest.
You were quick to respond to a tech form I submitted, but in following the instructions you gave, I have LOST MY ENTIRE GAME.
I have played for three years and was in Hawaii.
How do I retrieve my game?

Good morning! I used an infinite timer on Venice level 57-2 and it did not work. The time ran out, and the game took my timer anyway.

Before I start, welcome to the forums. I'm sorry to hear that you're seeing trouble with the mobile version of Gummy Drop!. It sounds like the game isn't starting, and I wanted to provide some suggested steps to take that might help with that as well as how to reach our Support Team should more assistance show itself to be necessary.

The first thing I recommend is to see if the following article of suggested steps can assist with this particular issue. I am unsure what device type you are seeing trouble with, so I'm going to go ahead and provide our article for both iOS devices and Android ones below, so be sure to choose the one that best fits your needs:

For any problems that continue after trying those steps, we recommend contacting our Gummy Drop! Support Team. Be sure to provide the device type and model, as well as what version of operating system is being run on that device. Those details could help the investigation into that issue. On an iPad. I was forced to update, something I usually put off because of problems caused.

Only Sydney downloaded as part of the update. I'm up to Siem Reap and have to download every city one at a time. Needless to say I don't want to do this. Nor do I want to search for my player ID uninstall and reinstall.

It's disappointing that the new version hasn't addressed some of the seemingly serious issues for people like the small board space. The booster buttons are really large & distracting.

Android has the same issue of having to download every city. That's never happened before. There would be the odd one here and there which would generally evidence itself by the passport being missing. It is annoying when you have many cities to download.

On iphone - trying to open Gummy Drop - tells me to Please download latest game version - so I click the green arrow and am taken to the App store. I click 'open' and it just goes back to green arrow and when you click that it again just takes you to app store. Keeps going backwards and forwards like this with no way to open the game. Help.......

Allnamesinuse: The good news is that, one way or another, we'll be able to restore your progress. If you've connected the game to Facebook or a Big Fish Games account, then signing back into the game using those same credentials should restore it to Siem Riep.

keitht53: I completely understand why being asked to download each new city would be frustrating. Please contact our Gummy Drop! Support Team, who'll be the best equipped to provide assistance. If it's available, please include your User ID with the inquiry.

Anne2065 and JDalle: Since there's been trouble downloading a new update, I'd recommend checking the mobile device's connection. It's possible that strengthening the connection to the servers will allow the update to install properly. Please see the help page below for instructions and more information.

Nothing wrong with the connection at all..
every thing is find ..even tried Nephew iPad
Same thing.. all other small games are ok
Also when it says .use this server , I click that one
Maybe it's that .who knows I am a dinosaur and a senior
Would like it back very soon T Y

FYI JUST NOW
We just used the other IPAD
Just now ....went to App Store and match 3 came in
But it went straight into Sydney . And that city was done plus all other cities
have been lost that where done... So we took it out . ...
I will not try doing that here . Removing app and starting again..
there is a big problem with this upgrade ..or it's not ready for iPad
And their upgrade ..

Not sure I'd this is a technical issue or a recent update issue, but the number of gems accruing as you play a level is no longer being displayed. This detracts from the strategic fun of playing the game.

I'm guessing you mean number of bricks, hats or gems rather than the green gems. If you need any of these for the level, the number remaining to collect is shown, but other resources aren't. I do agree that I also like to see what's going on, particularly if I'm collecting resources required for the current building.
