FYI JUST NOW
We just used the other IPAD
Just now ....went to App Store and match 3 came in
But it went straight into Sydney . And that city was done plus all other cities
have been lost that where done... So we took it out . ...
I will not try doing that here . Removing app and starting again..
there is a big problem with this upgrade ..or it's not ready for iPad
And their upgrade ..

Not sure I'd this is a technical issue or a recent update issue, but the number of gems accruing as you play a level is no longer being displayed. This detracts from the strategic fun of playing the game.

I'm guessing you mean number of bricks, hats or gems rather than the green gems. If you need any of these for the level, the number remaining to collect is shown, but other resources aren't. I do agree that I also like to see what's going on, particularly if I'm collecting resources required for the current building.

Summer camp level 39

I just played the 2nd part of level 39 where I had to demolish 11 glass squares. I succeeded in getting rid of all the glass squares provided but it said I needed to get rid of 4 more to finish the level! There weren't any more!

Not certain that this is the correct place to log this complaint, but my last similar problem was redirected here so..............

It's not a fault. You need to let one or more of the snow blocks explode to create additional ice blocks. I think we were all thrown by that when it first appeared.

Bugirl, I can understand being unsure how to clear enough of those ice cubes when only part of what is required is provided. keitht53 is correct that there are bombs on the level that provide more ice cubes to break. Letting these bombs explode can allow you to complete the level, but don't let too many explode, otherwise it may not be possible to make the matches needed to win! I hope that helps out, but if you want, you can also ask for hints and strategies for this event city at the designated thread below:

Gummy drop stopped working. I open it and opens then closes. This is happening on all my devices. Reinstalling doesn't work!!!! What's wrong???!!!!

The iOS version on opening keeps asking for update and does not let play - but there is no new version in the App store?

In San Francisco I completed all the requirements for the helping the local between level 20-30 to receive the green gems but never received them. The place where the local should be is blank and whenever I attempt to build the Transamerica Pyramid, which due to the problem, I don't have enough green gems, it keeps directing me to help the missing local. I tried deleting and reloading the game and triple checked that I collected all the necessary items but nothing seems to correct the glitch.

All of my digs are missing. I accidentally purchased the largest pack and now they're gone. How do I get them back?

Hi

I just updated the game 2 days ago and every time I try to play it is telling me I need an internet connection. I play this game in transit to work (subway) there is no internet. I never had this problem til the update.

Is this game no longer playable without internet? If it isn't then I will delete it.

After the last update I had to upload every city the first time I tried to access it. Is that what's happening to you? You will need internet access to do that, but I can still play without internet access after uploading the city.

Try accessing a few cities when you do have internet access and see what happens.

Thank you bfgBeruna. There is no problem with my progress. I just have the same problem as others have mentioned -that the update forces me to download all completed cities individually. On a slow connection this takes about 5 minutes per city and I have over 40 to download.
It would just be good if this can be attended to for the next update. The last time it happened I hadn't caught up before it updated again.

Thank you for your patience while waiting on a response and for taking the time to report your experiences while playing the mobile version of Gummy Drop!. It seems like there are a few different kinds of issues here and I wanted to provide some suggested steps as well as how to contact our Support Team should more assistance become necessary.

Sargent86, welcome to the forums! This can definitely be a little frustrating since it can be easy to miss where to tap or go next after helping the local person in San Francisco between levels 21 and 30. After playing through San Francisco levels 21 - 30, and collecting the 10 Gas Tanks, a Hot Air Balloon will appear right above San Francisco, Level 23. Tap on where the spotlight from the Hot Air Balloon is pointing to redeem the 6 Green Gems. The spotlight is pointing to the area right above San Francisco, Level 26.

That should get you those gems! If you still have trouble after this, please contact our Support Team using the steps located in my next post.

Brneeyore2006, welcome to the forums! I'm sorry to hear that something has gone missing from your game. What I recommend is contacting our Gummy Drop! Support Team if you are missing a purchase in Gummy Drop!. It would be helpful to provide the details regarding that purchase so our teams can follow up more rapidly.

Some players are noting that they must download the city's information again before being able to play. This would require internet access to complete and is necessary to take advantage of the update's changes. It is recommended that players use a wireless connection to the internet rather than a satellite connection to download this content, otherwise it may take a long time to download. Kellyjt, welcome to the forums! I'm sorry to hear that you're unable to send or receive lives now. If you've just moved to a new city that your friends are not at currently, you will be unable to send or receive lives from them.

However, if you're all in the same city playing and that message continues or if you are a player who has tried some suggested steps and are still seeing issues with the game, I recommend getting in touch with our Gummy Drop! Support Team with a screenshot of the message you are seeing when trying to receive or send lives. Also, please include your in-game User ID if possible, since this will help our Reps better see what is happening and help with your specific profile. Our Reps will be sure to follow up as soon as possible.
