Cork or plug for water pipe? Cannot find?

Hello all,
I am loving the game so far but even though I looked at the Strategy Guide (which I hate to do) I cannot find what is need to plug the water pipe?
Can anyone help?

Out of main building, look right, zoom in on pipe. You should have a corkscrew. Hope this helps
