Dr Lynch Grave Secrets

Help, someone! I'm in investigation 13 Fountain Garden and even though I have the fountain working with "red wheel" it will not complete the optional area. I try to go on to the next location , but Fountain Garden does not show as finished.
what am I doing wrong??????????????????????????????????????? I'm so close to finishing. Thanks.

petrinov, welcome to the Fish Pond. Look inside the basins of the fountain and on the water spout. Is there green gunky stuff? If so, you need to click on the green stuff to make it disappear. When it's completely gone, you can turn the faucet handle and the water will spout up bigger. Good Luck
