I tried to contact Support but the email address I used before doesn't work any more. I then tried to use the Support link here but it's not possible without a Facebook account.

In email contact previously my account was identified by my Passport number but this isn't acceptable on the form.

I sent a message to bfgBeruna, who must not have been back here, so can someone please help? I don't want to just accept loss of 3000 coins, but have no intention of joining Facebook.

If you are unable to retrieve that User ID, it's not necessary to provide it using our contact us form. Sometimes, players may need to reach out to us when their game is inaccessible, so we don't require players to submit a User ID on the form, if it cannot be retrieved. That said, if players are able to provide that ID, it can help with investigating the issue more rapidly. It sounds like you may be unable to do this, so what I recommend is the following.

Please contact the Gummy Drop! Support Team with as much detail regarding your account as possible, such as what email you've used to sign in with, the materials that are missing, your current progress, and any other information which may help with that account specifically. Our Reps may write back asking for more information, such as that passport number, so be sure to reply directly to that message with that information so our teams can help further.

Thank you for your patience, and I hope this clarifies that it is optional to include your User ID for this game when contacting our Gummy Drop! Support Team. It keeps crashing on my phone. I have the latest update. It just says "Unfortunately Gummy Drop has stopped" and won't let me open it up. It just startes doing that now.

Edit: I cleared all app cached data and that fixed it.

Hello! I am so sad! I am playing gummy drop for so lonng already.
I am already in Edinburgh, but all of a sudden, i got back to Tokyo!
I did not change my phone, i did not remove the app, and did not even reset anything. It is also always connected to my facebook account. I hope there is still something that can be done for this.

Hi! I'm in Tokyo and have completed level 20 and built the building. No more levels have opened up yet although I've played several levels over again and uninstalled/ reinstalled the app. I'm playing on my iPad. Why isn't level 21 coming up for me?

I just finished Budapest and tapping the next city (Tahiti) gives me a download error. I am using my iPad.

I'm sorry there have been progression troubles with the game and am swimming over faster than Michael Phelps (and a shark) to provide some guidance with these matters.

Epa88: Like you, we've had other players write in wondering how to get level 21 - 30 to open in Tokyo. To help, we've created a video that helps to explain how to do this.

Mail glitch since update

Since the last update I have not been able to receive my friend gifts even though it is marked as having a message waiting! When I open it says nothing new but there is a 1over the envelope and friends say they have sent me things.

 

Can't download latest version or open the game

I logged into the game today and it says to Please Download the Latest Gane Version and there is a big green check mark. I click on the check mark and it takes me to the App Store. It does not have an update button for Gummy Drop only an open buton. When I click on open, it takes me back to the page that says Download with the green check mark. I have rebooted my iPad several times and this does not solve the problem. Help.

I tried submitting a tech support question but it wants my used Id which I get from Facebook. I never connected my game to FB and since I can no longer get into my game, I can no longer connect and get an ID. Catch 22.

This is the issue I'm having now did this get resolved what is the fix pls

It sounds like there is a similar issue as what was previously reported while playing the mobile version of Gummy Drop!. We definitely want you to be able to use the social features available when linked with Facebook, and the best way to resolve this particular issue is to get in touch with our Support Team for further assistance.

In this instance, I recommend contacting our Gummy Drop! Support Team with your User ID and a description of what is occurring and being experienced when trying to play. It may also help to provide them details of the device you are using, such as the model and type and the operating system version it is running. Our Reps are always happy to help out and will do their best to get back in touch as soon as possible.

RE: September 6 update.... IOS on IPad

This version screws up some things:
1. when entering a city, the screen is zoomed in... not good
2. when entering a city, it goes to the last level played instead of where I left it.
3. when opening the buy/sell screen, please make the blocks smaller so that more items fit on the screen. I have paid for the extra offer and only 5 items can be seen at one time where there are 9 available... 3 buys + 6 sells. Scrolling is a pain.
4. Please go back to the smaller blocks on the exclamation point (!) screen... again a scrolling pain.

The screen is getting a bit cluttered. perhaps you could fix the envelope and stamp book icons to only show up when they actually need my attention. I've never had a message in the envelope yet and really don't even see it's purpose.

The Out of Moves! screen is a bit sneaky. I can't count how many coins this has cost me. I should at least get the chance to cancel before I pay the charge.

Is there a way to roll back a version? or perhaps you can just fix these things. We appreciate your hard work, so keep it going. BTW, I'm in Dubai and have been playing for well over 2 years.

The Gummy Drop! teams definitely appreciate this and are always looking for news ways to improve game play experience. I've passed along the entire contents of your post to these teams for review. With regards to going back to a previous version, we do apologize that there isn't a way to roll back once the update has been placed on the device. As stated above, I'll be sure that the teams are aware of this feedback.
