Need help with Hotel Giant!

Hello!
I have been trying to complete training camp 7 for weeks now. I have restarted a new game four or five times but I cannot comlete it! What the heck am I missing in order to make $1000 profit? I've even gone on to the real game playing yet I still cannot seem to get past this issue and cannot move on to the next training campaigns until it's complete.
Also, does anyone know what to do when the complaint comes in regarding my toilet or bathtub being too dirty. I have tried upgrading them but that doesn't seem to get rid of the complaint??? Please help if you had problems with this as well. Thanks so much!
