You have to take the cable car down to the beach to find the spare key to Victor's cottage. You can only get there if you've solved the third door puzzle...the one with the typewriter.

After you release the spirits of the twins, go to the Toy Shop and the last letter will be there in the hidden object game.

The poem refers to an actual key, not a typewriter key.

how do you get to the beach please im totaly stuck on where to go?

You don't get to the beach until you go through the typewriter door, which is the last door you go through.

If you just started the game, you can't get to the beach or the cable car. You first have to go through the fireplace and through the 3 doors, one at a time. The cable car is behind the third door you can open.

So forget about the beach for now and work the puzzles on the level you're on so you can go through the fireplace and go underground, where there are tons of puzzles.
