A symbol is stuck on the hand that moves things.

What is wrong? A symbol is stuck on the hand that moves things and won't put the thing down so i can keep playing. Is there a fix for this even turning the game off and on again does not solve the problem. Please help.. I LOVE this game and would like to continue .
