Why can't I download?????

I've tried no less than ten times to download "Haunted Halls: Green Hills Sanitarium", but it just keeps tellin me "error: program not responding"....................has anyone else had this problem?????? Is there an issue with the game???

Not that I know of Selina. I'm sure you have already checked the Forum.
Maybe someone else can pop in here. I bought the game and didn't have any problems with it. Sorry.

I don't have any problems downloading the game.

I had alot of problems with the game. I bought it on 11/30 and could not open it. They gave me a credit and then today I got a email stating that they had upgraded the game and to try it again. I went to my purchase history and reinstalled the game. It took three times to get it to start downloading. It took almost an hour to download but now it seems to be working fine.

We had a new version of this game released on the 1st of December so I recommend reinstalling the game to acquire the updated version.
